Lorentz career with Caterpillar included an 2-year assignment in Germany revamping a business unit to profit.

At Champion, Bill hired and trained a national sales force & helped grow the brand into a successful multi million dollar brand in Athletic and Institutional divisions. An executive of executives, Bill's experience with Pro Teams, Colleges, College Bookstores, and High schools is unduplicated.

A licensed CPA, who has worked on almost every project Loiacono has implemented since 1992. Michael combining time-tested Back Office Resources to Run Better Companies.

Bernstein & Loiacono are both Alumni of Upper Deck. During his tenure as General Counsel at Upper Deck, Michael was responsible for MJ, Tiger, Professional Leagues and Entertainment for Richard McWilliam. He career in licensing and business is simply mature.

John is an experienced C-level exec and board member with a history of entrepreneurship and leadership. John received degrees in physics and business (M.B.A.) from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He has been granted 11 US patents in the wireless power and energy harvesting fields.

His contributions in cybersecurity is recognized globally and speaks at cybersecurity events, including Gartner, BlackHat, DEF CON, and RSA.
